The Kolo Rock Art Site

Rock Art Site Day 2 - 12.2 - I managed to get up early enough at the campsite to photograph a panorama of the view across the hills. It was an amazing morning, but then again most mornings out here are.

We drove to meet our guide Rawa Ramadhani who will take us to the Kolo site.  As we climbed the steep slopes to the rock face through dense brush, I caught a glimpse of the enormous valley that lay below. With the sun just barely up and a slightly cloudy sky the view was stunning. The small villages with their low level houses could not be seen at all from here.
